Who is Paul Cranney?
Paul is the training expert at Stone Care Direct, working with professional cleaners who want to build their knowledge of natural stone, tile and hard-floor care.

Paul will be joined by his Stone Care Direct business partner, Jim Stamp. Jim is a director of both Stone Care Direct and The Tile Boutique, bringing years of experience from the tile, stone and customer-service side of the industry.
Together, Paul and Jim make a cracking team. They understand the products, the surfaces and the practical realities of running a business. On the day, you will be able to meet them both, talk through the work you are doing and ask the questions that do not always fit neatly into a product leaflet or online video.
