Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

How does Encap-A-Cide remove odor?
First of all, it DOES NOT work by masking or covering up odor. It DOES NOT use troublesome, slow-acting enzymes. The advanced odour removal technology used by Encap-A-Cide is both complex and amazing. It uses the oxidizing power of Stabilized CLO2 technology. It also uses absorption, encapsulation, and chemical fixation, so most odors are instantly neutralised completely or greatly reduced upon contact.
What kind of odor does Encap-A-Cide remove?
This amazing product removes obnoxious odours such as those caused by pet urine, skunk spray, vomit, mold & mildew, feces, organic & protein decay. It is very effective on odors associated with death, such as cadaverine (a dead mouse is an example). It works to remove odors caused by smoke, putrefaction, doggie odor, etc.

In addition to removing odour, Encap-A-Cide is a powerful film-forming encapsulation detergent that contains excess brittle-drying polymer. Unlike competitive products, it will not leave a sticky, dirt-attracting residue. It dries completely non-sticky and helps dry up and remove sticky substances that may be present in the carpet, ensuring that the carpet will stay cleaner longer.
