Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Description
Encap GREEN is a unique blend of plant-based and other GREEN surfactants coupled with a film forming copolymer. It is very safe and environmentally friendly with over 99.6% readily biodegradable ingredients at use dilution. SAFE FOR WOOL.
A must for Encap cleaners but can also be used with HWE and can be boosted with Spot-N-Boost Spotter and Pre-Spray Booster
Encap GREEN does not contain any petroleum distillates, butyl, ammonium hydroxide, enzymes, phosphates, etc and is a true plant based product.
Safe for all fibres including WOOL and can stop stains wicking back from bottom of the carpet backing while removing odours leaving a citrus scent. Safe on wool while dissolving oily sticky stains.
Cost effective compared to similar products at only 60ml- 125ml per 3.78L.
Side-by-side tests with competitive products, even those that aren't GREEN, will easily convince you of both its SUPER cleaning power and its ability to remove mal-odour.
Dilution rate for most carpet is 2 - 4oz per 3.78L of water!
