Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Whether you pulled your hoses across a flower bed, or across the floor after a sewage job, the Hoser is a must for keeping hoses, and more importantly, your customers' floors clean.
Clean and dry your hoses in one fast pass!
Now you have the only tool in the industry that quickly cleans AND dries vacuum and solution hose. And now it works with the Flash Cuffs. A hose is cleaned by passing through the Hoser's 3 cleaning brushes to scrub off soil, and is then blasted with hot water by a 360 degree cleaning ring. Water is removed by the extractor's vacuum and 2 rubber squeegees, so it leaves the Hoser clean and dry.
