Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Description
Introducing Max Reducer - the ultimate solution for tackling tannin stains. This powerful stain remover is specially formulated to remove tough stains such as tea, coffee, red wine, mild dye stains and other tannin-based stains. It's perfect for use in any setting, whether it's at home or in a professional setting.
Max Reducer is a highly concentrated powder, so a little goes a long way. Each 500g container comes with a scoop, allowing you to measure the right amount of product to use. One scoop makes 250ml of solution.
Using Max Reducer is simple. First, pre-test the product on an inconspicuous area of the fabric or surface before applying to the entire area. Then mix the appropriate amount of Max Reducer with water as per the instructions on the label and apply it to the stained area. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and then clean the area with a brush or cloth
