Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

How to Use Stain-Away:
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from fat, wax, and polish. Move any plants and protect metal surfaces to avoid damage.
- Application: Spray Stain-Away onto the stained area from a distance of 3-5 cm. Allow it to penetrate for 30 minutes.
- Cleaning: Wipe off the surface with a sponge and water. For deeper stains, repeat the treatment. Note that older stains may become more difficult to remove and may cause surface damage if left untreated.
- Post-Treatment: Remove the spray attachment and rinse it with water. Replace the cap securely. Be cautious to avoid splashes on clothes and fabrics as Stain-Away has a strong bleaching effect.
