Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

• A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
• Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
• Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
• Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.

Saturday Delivery

• Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
• To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
• Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.

Machine Deliveries & Large Orders

• Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
• Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
• Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.

Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries

• Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
• Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
• For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
• Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.
