Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Description
Essential oils of Citrus Lush to demolish all types of odors such as urine, faeces, vomit, cat spray, organic decay, mold, mildew, and various odors.
Leaves ZERO soil attracting residue. Get the job done with NO masking agents, reactivates from moisture for long term benefits.
You can even spray and walk away.
This extremely economical natural concentrate has an indefinite shelf life and is compatible with virtually all detergents, pre-sprays (more synergistic when using TMF brand though), enzyme or bacteria based products and antimicrobial.
Citrus Lush can eliminate on contact with no dwell time, but in extreme measures, we do recommend about up to 10 minutes to dwell if you are going to extract.
INSTRUCTIONS If being used before cleaning, let at least 10 minutes to dwell. Saturate area larger than the visible stain.
MILD ODORS 2-4 oz per 3.78 Litres of water
EXTREME ODORS 5-8 oz per 3.78 Litres of water
MIXED WITH PRE-SPRAY 4-6 oz in 4-1 Sprayer 6-10 oz in 8-1 Sprayer
FOGGER 2-4 oz per 3.78 Litres of water (Always test for colorfastness)
