Delivery details
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Description
The "soft opening" control valve makes wands easier to use with longer life. Designed for 1200 psi (1500 psi for stainless steel), and tested at higher pressure, these valves are for popular mounting patterns, and have retrofit brackets available as well. The 30 offset is ideal for your solution lines without extra fittings or bulk. Our Stainless Steel ball and Teflon seat make a long lasting seal that is self cleaning and self-centering every time. The combination of these features and the design make this valve the "soft-opening" valve that is becoming so popular in the industry and allows you to throttle the valve at any pressure. No more stress on the hands as the "soft opening" feature uses less power from your hands, even at 1000+ psi.
