Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Transform your floor with the Melamine White Cleaning Floor Pad
This floor pad is ideal for effectively cleaning and stripping away all types of dirt and floor coatings to reveal the original surface. It is versatile and can be used on various surfaces such as rubber flooring, concrete floors, smooth tiles, safety floors (anti-slip), and linoleum. For optimal results, use it for cleaning anti-slip and Colorex PVS floors.
Before use, dampen the Melamine Floor Pad. This pad is designed for deep cleaning using only water. The Heavy Duty Combo Melamine floor cleaning pads are specially crafted for deep cleaning with water alone. No need for chemicals or cleaning detergents, but they can be added if desired. When using the machine, operate at low RPM, with a maximum of 350rpm.
