Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all web orders with a minimum order value of £90.00 ex. VAT.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
- A £9.50 (ex. VAT) charge applies to orders under £90.00 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Mainland UK only).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on carrier availability.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
- To arrange Saturday delivery, please call the office at 01768 865812 before placing your order.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Machine Deliveries & Large Orders
- Machine deliveries may take up to 3 days or more, depending on stock and courier availability.
- Some machines will require pallet delivery, which incurs an additional charge. The price will be confirmed upon ordering.
- Large or bulk orders may also require extra processing time.
Non-Mainland UK & International Deliveries
- Standard UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Northern Ireland all customers in Northern Ireland must have a EORI number and a UKIMS for delivery.
- Remote and offshore areas may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- For international deliveries, shipping costs will be provided upon request.
- Deliveries to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Enhance your cleaning abilities with Odour Fresh, a professional-grade formula featuring premium deodorisers. Versatile and effective, it can be incorporated into any carpet, fabric, or general cleaning solution. Experience the power of its clear liquid, paired with a refreshing floral scent.
Cleaning solution additive:
Portable extractors: Mix 5 to 10ml. Odour Fresh per litre of extraction, shampoo or general cleaning solution (1 to 200, 1 to 100). Truck-mount units: Add 1 litre Odour Fresh to 20 litres of detergent metering concentrate.

Carpet & upholstery direct spray application:
Mix 20ml. Odour Fresh per litre of water or pre-spray solution (1 to 50), spray directly on to affected areas then follow up with normal extraction cleaning.
General applications:
For hard surface and general area deodorisation mix 5 to 10ml. Odour Fresh per litre of water and spray or apply by towel or mop to affected area.
